You can fly to Poland to Warsaw (Chopin Airport) or Lodz (Wladyslaw Reymont Airport).
Airplane connections to Lodz are only from Munich and London.

Travel to Congress Place (in Poland)

From Chopin Airport in Warsaw
Travel from the Chopin Airport in Warsaw to Lodz:by the bus https://www.modlinbus.com/ (the bus stop in Łódź is at the Łódź Kaliska Station) – by the train http://rozklad-pkp.pl/en (trains stop in Lodz at the Łódź Fabryczna Station or Łódź Kaliska Station)
Travel from Łódź Fabryczna Station to the Congress place (11-15min) From Łódź Fabryczna station, go to the Kilińskiego-Tuwima tram stop (500m, 7 min), take a tram numer 1 (towards Dąbrowa Niższa), 5 (towards Chojny Kurczaki), or 18 (towards Retkinia) and get to Kilińskiego – Piłsudskiego (2 stops, 2 min). On the other side of the intersection, at a distance of 170m (2min) there is a place of Congress.
Travel from Łódź Kaliska Station to the Congress place (14-16min) From Łódź Kaliska station go to the tram stop and take a tram number 14 (towards Dw. Łódź Dąbrowa), 8 (towards cm. Zarzew), 10A (towards Widzew Augustów) or 10B (towards Olechów) and get to Piłsudskiego-Kilińskiego (4 stops). The Congress place is located on the right side 150 m from the tram stop.
From Wladyslaw Reymont Airport in Lodz
Travel from the Wladyslaw Reymont Airport in Lodz to the Congress place (27-38min) From the airport, take a bus 65A or 65B (towards Radogoszcz Wschód), then: – if you boarded bus 65A (11stops) you have to change at Bandurskiego- Łódź Kaliska stop on tram number 14 (towards Dw. Łódź Dąbrowa), 8 (towards cm. Zarzew), 10A (towards Widzew Augustów) or 10B (towards Olechów) and get to Piłsudskiego-Kiliński (4 stops), – if you boarded bus 65B (7 stops) you have to change at Bandurskiego-Łódź Kaliska stop on tram number 14 (towards Dw.
